There is a $50 fee for the first consultation for new patients, which is payable at the time of booking. This consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment taken within 3 months of the consultation. For IPL treatments, the $50 fee covers the cost of a patch test where required. If a patch test is not required, the consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment taken within 3 months of the consultation.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. When appointments are cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the appointment, a full refund will be given. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge a non-attendance fee of $50.
